Modern Slavery

This statement is published by Performance54 Group Limited on behalf of its UK & international subsidiaries (“Group”) pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.  It constitutes the Group’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 30 April 2024.

The Group is committed to improving its practices to combat slavery and human trafficking in the Group’s business and supply chain. This statement sets out the steps that the Group has undertaken, and is continuing to take, since publishing its first statement in 2023 to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not take place in any part of the Group’s business or supply chains.

Business Structure:

The Group’s headquarters are in London, United Kingdom, and its businesses operate globally providing event management, activation, and marketing services to sports industry clients.

Supply Chains:

The Group’s businesses use a variety of third-party suppliers to provide them with the goods and services necessary to operate, which may include infrastructure, logistical and build support, and technology goods and services.

Policies and Procedures:

The Group has implemented several policies and procedures, the aim of which are to help ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not form part of its business or supply chains and the Group continues to monitor, and where necessary update, those polices.

Update since the Group’s publication of its 2023 statement:

1. Procurement Practices

The Group hired a procurement manager whose role includes undertaking due diligence on potential suppliers within the business’s supply chain in accordance with Group policy and processes.

2. Compliance Training

The Group introduced compulsory compliance training which includes a module relating to modern slavery and human trafficking and which must be completed by all Group employees.

3. Risk Register

The Group introduced a comprehensive risk register which includes an assessment of the risk of slavery and human trafficking forming any part of the Group’s business or supply chains, a record of mitigating actions taken, and naming individuals accountable for the risk and responsible for implementing the mitigation actions.

Looking Ahead:

Over the course of the next financial year, the Group will continue to review its policies and procedures to identify, prevent, and mitigate the risk of modern slavery or human trafficking in relation to relation to the Group’s operations and supply chains including continued review of the obligations we require of suppliers, monitoring the risk via periodic reviews of the risk register, and implementing appropriate mitigation actions where necessary.
